Shipping & Delivery
Shipments are sent by either United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS), which have a 2-4 business day delivery. Some larger items will ship via UPS Ground service and may take up to 5 business days. Determine your UPS Ground transit time by looking at the UPS U.S. Ground Map to Identify your shipping transit time. You will see the shipping charge that is determined for your item(s) automatically before checkout when ordering online. Usually all orders will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day. We do not ship outside the U.S.A. Shipping damage must be reported at the time of delivery or within seven (7) days.

Returns & Replacements
Return Policy for non-defective, non-broken items:
In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back. Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within thirty (30) days. There will be a 10% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements. Please contact Customer Service for return authorization before returning merchandise.
Return Policy for broken or defective items:
If an item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us immediately and we will determine whether a credit or replacement is in order. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact Customer Service within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise.

You can create a new account or check out as a guest (no order status inquiry function), however we recommend that you create an account because if you are a registered user, your existing shipping address details will be saved for future visits and purchases. Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart:
If you want to order an item, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the button at the right top of every page of our website.
Review Contents of Shopping Cart:
Take a moment to review all the items you've chosen in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase the item right away, click the "Remove item” icon button next to the subtotal of the item. The item will be removed from your current Shopping Cart. If you encounter difficulty or receive an error message, please contact us. Note: if you have a discount code coupon, please key in the coupon code and then click on the “Apply Coupon” button.
Choose a Shipping Method:
To view the shipping options, click on the “Get a Quote” button. Normally, a Best Way shipping cost will be displayed along with other options if applicable. Click on the shipping option of your choice, then click on the "Update Total" button to add the shipping method cost to the Grand Total of your shopping cart.
Proceed to Checkout:
When you are happy with your shopping cart items and are ready to pay for your purchase, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button to begin the checkout procedure.
If you had logged in, you will be directed to the Billing Information page where you have the option to either ship to the address that you registered with or you will have the option to ship to a different address. Click "Continue" to proceed to the Shipping Method page.
If you have not logged in or are ordering as a guest, you will be directed to the Checkout Method page where you will have the option to "Checkout as Guest", "Register", or "Login". If you are a guest, click "Continue" to proceed to the Billing Information page where you are required to enter your shipping/billing address. Once the information is entered, click "Continue" to proceed to the Shipping Method page.
Review Shipping Method:
The Shipping Method page will display the shipping option that you selected when calculating the grand total of the shopping cart. If you agree with the shipping method chosen, click "Continue" to proceed to the Payment Information page. In some cases, other shipping methods may be available for selection. If other options are available, you may change your shipping methods at this time and then click "Continue" to proceed to the Payment Information page.
Payment and Pricing
PayPal is our preferred method of Payment. However, if you don’t have a PayPal account, payments using your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or bank account, can be made thru the PayPal's secure site (no PayPal account required). Our terms are payment in full at the time of ordering. In the event of refunds, such refunds shall be credited to the original funding source. Please allow at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear in your account.

Pricing and Availability:
All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. If an ordered item is not available at the posted price, you will be notified before shipment.
We carry an inventory; however, due to the unpredictability of customer orders and vendor shipments, we cannot guarantee availability of all items all the time. If an ordered item is unavailable to be shipped within the time specified, you will be notified via email as soon as possible.
No sales tax will be charged unless your order is shipped to a California mailing address. The sale tax is calculated on the total price of the merchandise purchased.
Viewing Orders and Wishlist
To view your order or wishlist, click on the “My Account” link at the top of the web store page to log in as a registered customer. Once logged in you will be directed to your account dashboard. To display the orders that you have placed, click on the “My Orders” link from the left column menu. To display your saved wishlist, click on the “My Wishlist” link from the left column menu.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information, click on the “My Account” link at the top of the website store page to log in as a registered customer. Once logged in you will be directed to your account dashboard. On this page you can edit your contact information, manage your billing and mailing addresses, and change your password.

Note about Item and Package Condition - Though all the items we sell are new unless stated otherwise, we do not and cannot guarantee absolute mint packaging for the items we sell. All of our items are Brand New, Factory Sealed, and come in the Original Manufacturers Packaging unless otherwise stated. Original boxes may come with dings, dents, creases, etc. We will not sell and ship items with really bad packaging. As stated, we do not guarantee mint packaging.
